Accreditation

UK Study Centre is proud to hold Gold Standard Accreditation from the Association for the Education and Guardianship of International Students (AEGIS). This is the most prestigious level confirming the highest standards of safeguarding and care in the guardianship of international students. AEGIS is the authoritative association for inspecting and accrediting UK Guardianship Organisations in accordance with a strict code of practice and current childcare legislation. The majority of British independent schools make it a condition of admission to their school that any international student must have a UK-based educational guardian.

AEGIS inspectors have provided the following evaluation of our guardianship services: «English Guardian offers a very high standard of educational guardianship, and makes appropriate arrangements for the use of host families when required. The quality of its student welfare and the efficiency of its administrative systems are regularly praised by students, overseas parents, host families and schools».

We are a member of The Tutors’ Association, a professional organisation that represents the private tutoring industry in the UK. TTA is an independent organisation and has tutoring companies as well as individual tutors among its members. The Association promotes excellence in private tutoring among its members, as well as parents and students, the public, the media, schools and government.

Our tutoring services been reviewed by the prestigious education publication and school guide The Good Schools Guide Review: «…Clients told us the multilingual team of staff – who, between them, speak Spanish, French, Armenian, Russian and Kazakh – are ‘positive,’ ‘enthusiastic,’ ‘customer-oriented’ and ‘easy to deal with, no matter where in the world you are based.’ Tutors are also quick to praise them. ‘They are very approachable, super-efficient and incredibly flexible,’ one told us. Both parents and tutors drew attention to the speed at which they get things done». The full article is available here.
